New s7edge download apps cloud

Under Apps there is no memo. I accidentally deleted my memos. The memo is available in Samsung Cloud. But there's no option to restore the memo to my phone. Could someone please help? How do I download the remaining memos backed up to the cloud. I am using the same type of phone original was S7 and new phone is S7.

Had I have known that backup was not going to allow a full restore I would have used another app. I have the same problem except my old phone was a Galaxy S5, the screen broke and i'm trying to restore them to my new J7.
